Why Bother?
At the heart of the Bible is concern and action to help those who are in need.

Jesus himself identifies with the disadvantaged: "For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.' Matthew Chapter 25 verse 36.

We also identify with those who are disadvantaged, without shelter, without 'land rights' or who suffer at the hands of aggressive and manipulative governments. We believe that our actions can make a difference.

David us the leader of a church in the Kotigiri foothills of Tamil Nadhu in India. He describes his relationship with Kelvin Grove.

"I have had the pleasure of knowing the people from Kelvin Grove Church for the last 20 years. We share a love of the Lord Jesus Christ. It has been a joy when members of the church have visited us here. We thank God for the help and prayer support that you give us in our work.”
